JKSSB Constable Recruitment 2026: Apply for 1815 Posts from 19 January

The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has released a recruitment notification for Constable positions. A total of 1815 vacancies have been announced. Educational Qualification

• Essential Qualification: Passed 12th Class (Intermediate) examination from a recognized board.

Age Limit (as on 01 January 2026)

• Approximate In-Hand Salary: ₹28,000 – ₹35,000 per month (including Dearness Allowance, HRA, and other allowances)

The selection will be conducted through a five-stage process:

1. Written Examination: Computer Based Test (CBT) – Objective Type

2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Physical fitness assessment

3. Physical Endurance Test: Running and other physical tests

5. Medical Examination: Final medical fitness test

6. Final Merit List: Based on combined performance

Examination Pattern

Written Examination (CBT) Details:
